Customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns or exchanges may be accepted only after prior approval.
Conditions include:
- Item must remain unused.
- Original certification must accompany the diamond.
- The product must not be altered.
- Return requests should be submitted within the agreed period.
Custom-made layouts, matching pairs, and bespoke jewellery are generally non-returnable unless manufacturing defects are identified.
Inspection Acceptance
All purchases made after physical inspection, third-party inspection, or approval through Vivid Diam’s digital inventory or web portal are deemed accepted by the buyer. Such products are not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise agreed in writing or in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
